Security claimed to have reviewed the surveillance footage, but conveniently found no suspicious activity in the hallway.

After two days of silence, I took the initiative to call them myself, only to be told that nothing would be done about the situation. Regrettably, no one reached out to me during this time. However, when I checked out on Sunday, I was informed that I would be contacted within 24 to 72 hours. Throughout my stay, I diligently followed up with security, hoping for some resolution. Instead, I was directed to speak with security and asked to fill out an incident report. Seeking assistance, I reported the incident to the front desk, but to my dismay, they did not escalate the matter to the manager. I promptly disabled my credit card to prevent further misuse. Disturbed by this violation, I immediately checked my credit card app and found that unauthorized charges totaling close to $500 had already been made. It was evident that someone had entered the room and stolen these items from my suitcase. Shockingly, $200 bills and one of my credit cards were missing. Upon returning to the room on Friday to get ready for the night, I discovered that my wallet had been tampered with. Little did I know that this would be a grave mistake. In an attempt to avoid carrying all my belongings to the pool, I made the unfortunate decision to leave my wallet in my suitcase in the room. While the weather was beautiful and we enjoyed our time by the pool, the incident that occurred during our stay has left a sour taste in my mouth. My friends and I stayed at this establishment from Wednesday to Sunday in a standard double Queen bedroom. I am deeply disappointed with my experience at the Palms Resort and Casino.
